Due to the nature of our products, our store offers both digital products (PDF downloads) and physical products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products, including PDF patterns, eBooks, and downloadable files, are non-refundable and non-returnable once access or download has been provided.

Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales of digital items are final.

Physical Products

For eligible physical products, customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions

We are always happy to help in the following situations:

• You did not receive your download link.

• You cannot access your digital files due to a technical issue.

• A file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product.
